Morella Farm accommodation includes:

• 3 Double size bedrooms.
• Bedrooms 1 & 2 both have Double beds.
• Bedroom 3, has a single bed, trundle bed & a set of bunk beds (sleeps 4).
• Modern fully equipped kitchen.
• Large Rumpus & Lounge area containing 3 double sofa beds.
• Large modern Bathroom.

Accommodation rates are:

• $60 per adult per night
• $30 per child (5-14 years) per night
• Children under 5 years are free of charge
• Accommodation Packages can be arranged to suit your needs.

Your holiday accommodation includes a farm style breakfast – fruit juice, cereal, eggs, bacon, bread, milk, tea coffee & spreads. The modern kitchen includes all cooking facilities, crockery, cutlery etc. There is also all the equipment you need for an authentic Aussie barbecue.  When you make your booking, let us know if you require any special arrangements such as BBQ packs, Picnic hampers or even Wine & Chocolates for a Special occasion. Enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula with expansive views from the rear deck all year round.

For your comfort and convenience we also supply all bed and bathroom linen . Extra blankets are available, the house also has a laundry for guests' use, electric blankets & a coffee maker. The house is cool in summer and is assisted by two, portable evaporative air conditioners. Heating is provided by a slow combustion heater in the winter months.

Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Pets are allowed by arrangement.
